Okay. at 12 noon someone delivered mineral water to the room and the toilet was in the room to be thrown away. at half past 1 I left the hotel then went to the reception to leave the key and the toilet was cleaned. no one was there etc. and finally called out to the guys. I said leave the key and the toilet was cleaned. he said just bring the key, the room will be cleaned later. after I finished the night my room was not cleaned. on the 2nd day breakfast we met the women who owned it, it seemed like they were guarding the toilet. I stayed in the family room, with a capacity of 4 people. which of course the toilet quota is for 4 people. the woman then said "the toilet is for 2 people". because I was too lazy to argue I didn't answer anything. I booked a family room because there were 3 of us. but for the srpn which should be for 4 people he immediately said for 2 people, even when I had said that I was staying in room number 06 which of course he knew was for 4 people. when I was about to check out at 10 am. again there was no one at the reception. finally called the guy who cleaned the room. his name was Yaqub. I left the key with him then carried my suitcase to the car. but when he saw my big suitcase then Yaqub immediately helped. enough is enough. will not come back again. the srpn problem is that it is rationed like a boarding house child. the quota for 4 people is said for 2 people. God does not sleep ma'am. the rights of people who are not given will certainly be calculated. the staff can be taught to be friendlier. just guarding the srpn is sulking.
