the location is easy to find. strategic because there are many food places and other shopping centers. easy and safe parking hotel staff are very helpful and friendly nice room. facilities according to price. what kind of cake can you get because it's Ramadan. there is a Quran. prayer mat. direction of Qibla.

Even though it was only for a short while because we were evacuated from home, my family and I were satisfied with the location, which was close to various culinary delights and didn't make it difficult to buy food for breaking the fast or eating pre-dawn meal.

I stayed with my child for business purposes, got room no 424. Since check in the staff was very friendly and very helpful. As soon as we entered the room, we really liked the atmosphere of the room, plus there was a Quran and a prayer mat for prayer. The price of food at the hotel was also not too expensive in our opinion, although we did not try it. For breakfast, there are many variations and it is delicious. The check-in process is fast and not complicated. After checking in, the ID card was immediately given, no need to leave. When we arrived at the room, the AC was not cold enough. Then we complained to the hotel. The hotel called the engineering team and it didn't take long. It turned out that the freon was lacking, it was added after that the room was cold. Breakfast is special, there are many choices of food, it tastes good, and is great. The room is provided with the Quran and prayer mats. The swimming pool and playground are on the 2nd floor, which can be used to fill activities at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was actually a problem, the sink water wouldn't go down. I complained and was promised a technician would come. Until check out, the technician still hadn't come. The receptionist apologized to the guest for the inconvenience (clogged sink) when checking out.

I stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel is very comfortable, the room is clean, the AC is cold, prayer mats and the Quran are provided in the room. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. If you eat at the hotel restaurant, the Grilled Ribs + Soup menu is highly recommended.
