Review during a 2-day stay. The room is not soundproof from the outside, the elevator had problems, my room was on the top floor so I used the emergency stairs. Overall it was clean, breakfast had many variations.

Recommended for those looking for a spacious and comfortable hotel, staying here because there was an event at JIEXPO, and this hotel is very close to JIEXPO Kemayoran, easy access, and it turns out to be close to Ancol, Dufan and others. There are many choices of breakfast menus.

The hotel is okay, but the access is a bit complicated. It's in a shopping complex and almost all the gates are closed at night. If you take a Gojek, you have to go around a long way and can't get in (only cars can enter the gate).

The hotel is an ex-hotel with a big name, so the building is still okay, the rooms are spacious, the location is close to the mall area and busway access, the breakfast is varied and tastes good, the downside is that at night access is limited because it is in the mall area and close to the train crossing so it is a bit noisy

Just stayed here once: 1. Arrived in the afternoon at 16:00 and the room was not ready. 2. The room was dirty. 3. The AC could not be set so it was too cold. 4. Wanted to get out of the parking lot but the car plate had not been inputted so went back to the hotel. 5. The staff starting from the receptionist and security were not responsive. 6. The hotel is noisy close to the train tracks. Hopefully those who want to stay can consider this

I've stayed here many times since using the old name, everything was fine but the last time I stayed at night when I checked in, the room was double even though I booked a twin, so I had to go to the receptionist again and it took more time, then when I wanted to take a shower, the water couldn't be warm, not even lukewarm, I thought maybe it was because it was already night. It is uncomfortable across the hotel from the train tracks and the automatic train doors are noisy, the sound of the train opening and closing is very disturbing because the train breaks are short, besides that the sound of the water pipes is also very noisy.

+ Strategic location near Ancol because I plan to watch a concert at BCIS Ancol.

+ Delicious and varied breakfast food
- Horu hotel for the google map location got lost to Novotel, the map location on Grab is still called Neo Hotel.
- The blanket is dirty, maybe it should be replaced.
- Staff when cleaning the room. not clean enough. Should be improved again.
