Spacious, clean room. No mosquitoes! Down to earth hotel operations. Friendly staff, sufficiently filling food at breakfast and dinner (included in room rate). Halfway airport and ‘downtown’. Excellent price/value ratio. PS There’s a decent new restaurant smack in town “Hawaï Bakery”, open all day with an astonishingly variety of F&B.

Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet, clean hotel with elevator, breakfast is provided starting at 7 am and dinner starting at 7 pm, delicious food. Thank you Hotel Agung Biak, next time I will stay here again.

even though it's far from the food court, the Agung Hotel also provides dinner and the food is delicious. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with free dinner 😁. Friendly service, clean rooms and toilets are important. Thanks, hopefully this kind of service will continue. I'll stay here again next time I go to Biak 🥰

I have stayed here twice, I like the room because it is soundproof. Although the location of this hotel is quite far from the city center, there are no street vendors around the hotel, fortunately we can have dinner and breakfast so we are not confused about finding food. My suggestion is to add 2 more bottles of drinking water because the bottles are small. Then for coffee and tea are also not available, fortunately I brought my own coffee. So far, I like staying here. Thank you.
