Overall I always like staying here. Because I have been to Lahat several times and always stay here. The hotel staff is also very nice and friendly, there is also a swimming pool that is very clean.

Hotel tua, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Tidak ada lift. Terlalu mahal dibandingkan fasilitasnya. Sarapan lumayan. Pintu kamar tidak ada kunci tambahan. Masih pakai TV tabung dengan channel terbatas. Kalau hanya untuk tidur boleh lah, tapi rugi karena mahal.

This disclaimer is feedback from us that we felt during our stay. * The purpose of criticism is to be constructive. 1. Room cleanliness still needs to be improved. 2. There is no water heater (perhaps when we booked the room we didn't check the facilities because they were considered hotel standard). 3. We don't have high expectations for breakfast because it is also in a small area, but compared to other hotels in other areas, it is far behind. Thank you and hopefully the future will be better.

Serelo hill hotel is highly recommended. Friendly service, clean hotel. The swimming pool is also clean. Delicious food. And definitely comfortable. Very suitable for those who want to vacation with family. WL. Very satisfied. Next time I will stay here if I go to Lahat again.
