It's a syariah hotel. Alternate choice when you stay at Metro. My room is 314 with 2 AC but not really cold even 24 hours running.

It was Ok for a small town hotel (though a bit pricey). Cleanliness: poor - there are stains on the bedsheet (from dust / food / lipstick? three times I stayed here and they always have this same problem, and I always ask the staff to change the sheets for me) - table and furniture was a bit dusty Service: good - hotel staff was polite - they smile at you. Food: average - one menu (fried rice/white rice, fried noodles, chicken (opor ayam) - taste was ok - tea and coffee available. Suggestion for the hotel: 1) If the stains on your bedsheets won't go away, throw it out and buy new ones. Customers should have a mint (clean) room if you call yourself a "hotel" 2) for the family room, there should be 4 complimentary tea bags instead of just one in each room 3) replace broken furniture. the bedside table in the family room has nails poking out. the chair have terrible scratches

I booked the Familie Room, a room that consists of 3 sections: 2 bedrooms and a living room. A card reader on the first bedroom didn’t work properly, hence I had to hit it to turn the electricity on. When we were outside the next day for a whole day, our room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were also no bellboys or security guards from morning to afternoon. It was a convenience for us as we have 6 big suitcases.
