booked a connecting door room, but when checking in it said it was sold out, even though I had booked it on Traveloka a long time ago. I was quite disappointed, because I really needed it.

for the location close to Blok M so those who aim to play Blok M area are very close to this hotel, for the bathroom door can't be locked and is very heavy to close. the sound from outside is very noisy. for the staff is friendly

Clean hotel, comfortable room, delicious & complete breakfast. Most importantly the staff is friendly and fast response, there was a complaint at the beginning but all was solved by mba sasya, thank you mba sasya! Oh yeah, just one thing missing.. add a playground/kids club, it will definitely be even better.. keep up the good work, grand dhika iskandarsyah.
