So sorry, I have to say it was not that clean. Found a baby cockroach on the bed, yet the staff said sorry, so its okay. Maybe must be more pay attention on the cleanlines, Thank you.

Staffs' are friendly and the room service is excellent. We received a small pastry for a stay longer than a night. Sadly the morning breakfast in the restaurant is just awful, especially the fried rice. The only delicious one are the Bakso. The bathroom could use a smaller towel for some improvement. Anything else is just excellent.

The breakfast staff (man) at 18 March 2024 morning with red uniform was unfriendly. Wifi was lack connection at 7 floor, and Cellular data either. Thanks for the welcome snack inside my room. Front office officer was really helpful. Will be back again when I visit Pontianak. Thanks.
