The room facilities need to be renovated, the room ceiling needs to be replaced because some of them are fragile, and there are minimal cable sockets.

The order is different from the actual, the cupboard is broken, every time it's opened it creaks, the towels can't be changed because nothing is dry yet, the toilet seat is a bit like that. For the friendly service, especially for the security.

I just checked-in, but this time I got the most calculated hotel, the deluxe class can't get toothpaste, sandals. Then the phone crashes or the alias doesn't work because the network is broken. I as a visitor feel uncomfortable.

The hotel seems to be very old, poorly cared for, many of the beds have been peeled off like eaten by termites, It seems that the furniture must be renewed, hotel slippers are not available, toiletries are just soap, AC exhaust pipes are in the bathroom and not neat, still using TV tube.

The room is stuffy and lots of mosquitoes. The room key is broken so you have to ask to open the master key security every time you want to enter the room, there are no toiletries at all.

At first I was given room 209, the lighting was lacking and the room smelled really of cigarette smoke. Finally I asked for a room that was rather bright and did not smell of cigarette smoke. For breakfast it's pretty good.
