Staffnya ramah, lokasi strategis kaki gn Guntur sehingga bisa jalan pagi ke gn Guntur, kamar bersih, kamarmandi ada kolamnya buat rendam air panas, kolam renang buat anak-anak dan remaja, karena semacam waterboom mini, jadi orang di luar tamu hotel bisa masuk dengan membayar tiket, hari libur jadi penuh, sarapan cukup beragam dan maskannya enak-enak cocok buat tempat dingin mah.

When we were there, the waterboom could not be used because it was under maintenance. We were transferred to the private pool villa. But on the last day at 8 am when we wanted to swim, the pool was already empty. Even though we checked out at noon. We had to confirm with the customer first whether we still wanted to swim or not. Because I brought 3 small children.

always a favorite place when stopping in Garut city.. have tried staying in other places but none are as complete as Tirta Kencana with a cheap price 600an already got an executive room with 2 large beds, soaking pool, breakfast for 4 people + free waterboom

The bathroom is not very clean, especially the bathtub is a bit slippery, when you enter the room there is an unpleasant smell, it seems from the water pipe in the bathroom. The room is quite nice even though there is an unpleasant wall to look at. The breakfast menu is standard. But overall it is in accordance with the price

staying in a Tirta type villa is suitable for family holidays, minus the sound that penetrates from the villa next door because 1 building for 2 villas is made of wood so the sound from next door is quite audible
