Always love to staying at House Sangkuriang whenever my family go to Bandung for short vacation. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Pak Wandi who help us to fulfil our request and the security who wash my car even we don't ask for him to do it. And the location is great, ohya every room had a little balcony, enough for you to feel the fresh air and having a good air circulation. The bad side is not from the hotel, but from the other guest sitting around the pool or breakfast near pool with many kids or even babies enjoying their swimming time but the adult/other guests is smoking. Make the air quality become worst and full of smoke and not good for the kids or even people who have allergic with smoke. Maybe hotel can make a suggestion or rules for the guest not to smoking near pool area? (No Smoking Area in public area)

Had such a great time here, honestly. Comfy room with a balcony and a city view. Has a lots of nearby attraction and close to a lot of resto, coffee, etc. within walking distance. But a bit of the downside was the breakfast, it was ala carte with only 3 option - and we have to choose one (but maybe it's because of the pandemic).

finally I got best place in dago to fulfill my needs, for leisure and family matters i.e my daughter graduation day. the location near hall of ceremony, the room is comfort and elegance, the facility is complete even above expectation such as having nice pool and pleasant people or staff. and ones out of the expectation is small thing but full of surprise for kind of three stars hotel such as free snacks and goody bag instead of elegance kind of mineral water and also room secured with an door alarm as reminder. it's a tremendous experience I got in here...

Well-located hotel with beautiful art decoration architecture. Warm, homey and comfy room. The hotel is surrounded by some kind of pine trees, so yes, great view from our room's balcony. The building itself is located above the Babakan Siliwangi wall, which is famous for its mural (drawn by students from universities in Bandung). Forest Walk is just across the street, so you can enjoy morning stroll there with kids. ITB campus, some good restaurants, McDonald's and Teras Cikapundung also within walking distance. Breakfast is great; nasi goreng and bubur ketan/kacang hijau tasted delicious. The coffee smelled fresh too. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you guys, keep it up.

We arrived around 11 am and had to wait about 2 hours to be able to rest in the room. For the front desk staff helped check availability, but we had to follow up twice, it was very unfortunate that the female receptionist named Ka Resti rarely smiled, unlike the male receptionists who might have different shifts, they were very friendly and every time we passed each other we greeted and smiled, someah, good job! Initially when I went to Bandung again, I really wanted to come and stay here again, the room was clean, the atmosphere was beautiful, but I apologize for the receptionist who became scared 🙏 Not only to us, but it turned out to be the same to others, very rarely smiling for a class like the front face of House Sangkuriang Please improve it again, Ka Resti, thank you very much 🙏

aesthetic hotel with heritage elements so far so good comfortable, hommy but a bit creepy if you bring children under 2 years old, my child suddenly cried and ran to his father, and pointed at several spots, namely the glass and curtains, then said shhh while sticking his index finger to his lips now it makes you scared, right? wooy

The room I got was very different from the photo....the balcony was very small, the room was not very clean even though I made a reservation 6 days in advance but I didn't get the room I wanted even though I had been dreaming of this hotel for a long time, it didn't meet my expectations, I was very disappointed and gave up!!!
