Great, 2 star budget hotel but the environment is 3 star above. Room size compact as usual since is budget hotel but the design make it look big, all the luggage can put underneath the bed, make it tidy. Customer service is good, room design is very modern and most important part, very clean. I definitely look for this hotel brand name at other country

Room design is the same as ibis budget in other locations and cities. Too bad the bathroom's water clogged up so flooded. It's likely that it just happened in my room. The others are standard.

Hotel location is reliable. Hotel facilities have declined both from towels that are not suitable for use because they are like dull towels. For bedroom bed sheets that are no longer suitable for use because the colors are faded and the cleanliness of the hotel has greatly decreased. It's a pity for the group. Ibis budget hotels do not maintain quality of service.

For cleanliness is quite good and especially the employees are kind and friendly, from the front office, security and others, because my wife and I are loyal customers at least once a week we stay there. Then we want to ask that they already know what we used to request, thank you mas and mba. Recommended as a stopover.

In the past, when the hotel was recently compared to the neighboring hotel (favehotel), the cleanliness was much better, ibis budget, but now after a few years it has changed, the cleanliness has been neglected, so I was more impressed by the mesek-5 hotel because my husband also went down to the lobby. the food from the brother of the motorcycle taxi suddenly was asked at the security itself, I need a massage, why not so bad at this hotel now.

I came later than 12, I understood that I could not check-in because it was a check-in condition. 2. so I just left the goods. Then I returned at 15.55 the room was still not ready had to wait 20 minutes, a little disappointed. Because I have to hurry to attend the scheduled event.

Highly recommended for alternative budget hotel choices (two star) in the city center, because it is close to the Monas busway stop, Bunderan HI MRT, Tanah abang KRL station. The room facilities are clean, the breakfast is also good because there are several choices, and there is a fitness room / gym too. Hope you can stay again at this hotel.
