I didn't have time to take pictures of the room. The road and the surrounding environment to the location are a bit scary at night, the car park is also far away. Cleanliness and guest comfort including the bed, bathroom, and living room really need to be improved because there are so many insects found.

The hot water was not on for a while, but after informing the inn, it was immediately fixed.
Complaints regarding damp sheets were also immediately replaced.
Suggestion, the nameplate could be replaced with a larger and clearer one, because it is a bit less visible from the road.

Honestly, when we arrived there, it was already night, around 19.00 WIB. The access road to the hotel was not clearly visible, narrow, very dark and a little scary. When checking in, it was easy and the staff were friendly. BUT. The hotel atmosphere is very very dark, the lighting is very lacking both outside and inside the room. We asked to move rooms, it was easy for the staff but the atmosphere was still scary even though maybe during the day the view would be nice. In the first room, the cleanliness was lacking, the sheets looked like they had been used, untidy and dirty, the room was also dirty and had not been cleaned, the TV was not on, and it was very quiet because it was at the end. And the child asked to move because he was scared. In the second room, the room was a little brighter, the TV was on but only TVRI, but it was still uncomfortable for the child and finally the child cried and asked to go home. And finally we failed to stay there and could not get a refund. Please fix it again. Thank you.

Message from the app, really carefully researched from reviews, photos, etc. Came here with a baby, it turned out the room was not comfortable. Dim lights, dusty floor, there were frogs in the bathroom 😢 and. It turned out there was no AC. The intention was to stay just to rest, arrived at the place around 7 pm. Road access was quite difficult to find because it was very dark, only 1 car could pass. When we arrived at the resort, it turned out it was managed by Red Doorz (even though it was not listed & the photo visuals were still very good). For the price of 450k, it's not worth it. Especially bringing a baby. My child couldn't sleep and finally decided to move hotels. It's a shame the place is spacious, but it looks like it's not taken care of. Hopefully it can be an evaluation, sis 🙏🏼.

It's actually comfortable. But it looks less maintained, the room is not clean. There are many spiders, the blanket is itchy and the pillow case smells. And there is no TV remote. Hopefully more attention will be paid. Thank you.

It turns out that it is already managed by Red Doorz. The room is old, the sofa is cloth and dirty, as well as the bed is old and stained. Officers are not always on standby at the front office. Towels were not prepared, you had to ask for them first at the front office and only 1 was given on the grounds that the room service staff was not there. Breakfast is not a buffet style and is not given directly to the room because they don't know what breakfast is for.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security guard is also friendly, but the facilities need to be improved. It was very disappointing to book a room and get another room and the bathroom smelled of urine, I don't know if it had been cleaned or not. Even though the app said the room I booked was still available. The hotel did not confirm anything to me that I was moved to another room/given another room. When I complained, the hotel informed me that the room I booked was full, so I was given another room when I checked in. I was really surprised when I was given that information and the hotel casually informed me that I should just clean my current room, I didn't want to ask for a refund because it was the hotel's fault but they didn't want to ask, just contact the Traveloka app after I insisted, then contact the managerial staff. Finally my money was returned after a long drama. NB: the manager politely said that I was upgraded to a larger room. But the room was still really bad, I swear. I'm tired of going there again, changing rooms as they please without informing the person making the booking.

There are lots of rats, O Allah, we can't sleep all night because we're afraid there will be rats, so we're anxious, because the rats have climbed into the bed, and the rats are crawling, because we brought the children, we stay awake until morning because we're afraid the children's feet will be bitten by rats, the cleanliness is really bad. not really looked after. That price is reasonable, but tomorrow we want to sleep with rats.
