The location of the hotel is quite strategic, near Superindo minimarket and bakmi kadin. The room we stayed in was clean and quite spacious, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Due to the pandemic so we got a discount on the room rate. Maybe we will stay at this hotel if we are on vacation in Jogja later. location is perfect. Jambuluwuk Suite, the room that we stayed was extremely awesome. spacious, clean and comfortable. all the hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Location wise is OK, can jog to Malioboro. Parking is limited. Breakfast is OK, quite some options available. Room and bed is comfy. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the bathroom is in bad condition. Towels are overused and grey.

The bathroom door was not paint properly, the bathroom door and the room door cannot be locked. We called front desk and reception about our packages that was delivered to hotel but no one answered, and this happened more than 1 times during our stay. We were almost rejected at breakfast area because no seating, but we have paid. The fruits smells

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the doors not being painted properly and the inability to lock them. We will inspect and fix these issues promptly. It 's concerning that your calls to the front desk and reception about your packages went unanswered multiple times. We will review our communication protocols to ensure this does not happen again. I regret that you almost didn't get a seat at breakfast despite having paid. We will work on improving our seating arrangements to better accommodate all guests. We're sorry the fruits were not fresh. This is unacceptable, and I'll inform our kitchen staff to ensure this issue is addressed immediately.
