It turns out that standard rooms allow smoking in the room, even though you can smoke outside the room because there is a seat. When I entered the smell of cigarettes was very strong in the room

Placed in a room near a pile of garbage and also in the room the AC was leaking even though it had been told to be fixed it still leaked dripping onto the table. Attention for hotels, even though I use the Dana app but I still pay, don't give me a bad and damp room that smells

The hotel is located close to the city and there are many places to eat around it. What needs to be improved is the lift facility to make it more comfortable for guests to carry heavy luggage without having to use manual stairs anymore.

Strategic location, no lift, spacious room, there is a balcony in our room, cold AC, working hot water, there is a tap for ablution, only when the officer brought our luggage it was like a joke to the other officers because we had a lot of luggage, we were from out of town stopping by for work in Tanjung city, if there was a lift it would be better for us to bring it ourselves, we also brought a folding trolley.
