Required Documents

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

General Check-in Instructions

Please present valid government ID at the front desk upon arrival at the hotel to avoid check-in problems.
IDR 200,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Check-in time is 13:00. In case of early check-in before 13:00, 30% from room rates will be charged, payable upon check-in.
Check-out time is until 12:00. In case of late check-out after 12:00, 30% from room rates will be charged.
One child under 6 years old can stay for free using existing beds.
Extra person charge is IDR 200,000 per night when using existing bed.
Extra bed can be provided at IDR 300,000. Subject to availability at the time of check in.
The hotel lobby is being renovated until September 1, 2023.

The staff are friendly. The mattress and pillows are all soft and comfortable. The towels and bedsheets are also clean. For the room, it might be better not to use carpet on the floor, because it looks dirty. Slippers should also be provided in the room because the floor is made of wood, worried there will be splinters. The water also flows slowly in the shower and the toilet bidet. Please also pay attention to the maintenance of the wood, because the upper floor is a bit fragile. But next time I will try another room with a better view.

The room size is small, approximately 30m according to the description. If you book here, it is better to have a wooden house, it is more unique. If you have a brick house, it is very ordinary, the bathroom is also simple. Not worth it if the price is almost 700k. Wifi also does not reach the room. But the service is good, the price of food is quite affordable

It's comfortable but unfortunately the wifi doesn't reach the room, there's no glass in the room, it's in a cafe, so it's a little rough, how does it work if you use room service, can you ask me to make tea or coffee? The room is okay, clean, no complaints, but if you bring children, better take a room below the hotel quiet but not horrible, just calm down.

The villa is really beautiful. It's just because I live in the lower billa. It turns out there are people living on top of it too. The floor of the villa is made of wood so you can often hear the sound of footsteps. But overall. The villa is beautiful and nice. Delicious fried rice breakfast. The view is amazing. Nginep libur leberan semalem dsni, dan kesan pertma yg didapat okelah untuk view pemandangan sekitar hotel. Saran saja untuk wifi hotel tolong diperbaiki, TV jg tidak berfungsi dan tidak ada sendal didalam kamar. Makanan alakdarnya, dan kebersihan dikmar lembab juga bnyak ditemukan sisa sisa rambut. Mgkin kdepannya bsa tolong lebih diperbaiki

Advantages: The atmosphere at Kalana resort is very authentic, because each room/villa has a wooden concept so it is very pleasant to stay in. The surrounding air is also cold so even without AC it feels cool, the room is clean, the towels smell good, the hot water works well. The morning atmosphere is very refreshing, there are many trees, and the sunrise is very beautiful. The evening atmosphere is also good because it uses good and attractive garden lighting with a combination of wooden villas. For breakfast, although the menu is determined, it tastes good, especially the fried noodles. Disadvantages. Check-in is a bit long, when I arrived there was no one at the reception, I tried to find/call, ring the bell, or call the resort number but no one answered. For Alula 3, the front door is difficult to close tightly, it is a bit hard so please fix it. The villa/room at the bottom does not have wifi with the information that it is being renovated. In my opinion, the villa is not intended for the elderly because there are many stairs to get into it. And finally, the additional extra charge per person is not the same as the amount stated in the application, and the application is less effective/even.
