Highly recommended, the room is very comfortable, there is welcoming massage. There is a swimming pool and gym so you can exercise. The gelato here is delicious.

This hotel is a very memorable place for me, my husband, and our extended family, besides the comfortable place, friendly staff, and classic design, Kayu Arum is also a place where my husband and I took our first look photos before the wedding. The hotel is very nice, even if it rains it doesn't matter because there are many umbrellas provided. Get a free 10-minute massage and there is a common room where you can play chess, a gym, billiards, and a swimming pool. There is also a spa provided, and even gelato. All in really, great for a staycation.

Secluded and serene place to stay. Been here for the second time and will definitely be back again. The only concern is the wifi connection and to improve the sop iga meat to be more tender 😊

Resort is not imagined like this condition, because it wins in authentic and the impression is rather "traditional and old". Maintenance seems lacking because of the dull impression. The swimming pool is fun, breakfast is varied and delicious. Many foreign tourists are found here, maybe they are looking for originality

Everything looks great. Good view with cozy environment. We have good meal too in their restaurant. But they should cleanup the bathroom cause unfortunately we've got broken toilet even though there is no issue while we are using it. Beside that watch out for the caterpillars hahaha because this area have a lot of big tree.

Our car was parked in the hotel parking lot, and we found out there are 3 scratches on it ' s door, and we have reported to the security and staff. We asked them to check on the CCTV since 11.30am to 6.44PM. No clear follow up nor response to this matter. The staff seemed so slow and chilled about it. No intention to solve the problem or given enlightment. Surely a not recommended hotel in term of safety and service.
