Warm and nice service from the staff. Room was old but we'll maintained it. Hot shower and cold room after strolling around a pretty hot city was a revelation. Good facilities and adequate breakfast. Will be back for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights at Novotel Yogyakarta, and it was wonderful. They have all the entertainment and the food was superb. There are a lot of varieties in food, range from western, asian and local. What made it more wonderful is that when I called them to inform that it was our anniversary and I wanted a nice setting for the room, they acknowledged and set our bed room for honeymoon and also we have free slice of cake for our anniversary. Will definitely come back again and will recommend Novotel to our family and friends.

the hotel staff is very friendly, always greets when passing by. the time of stay coincides with earth hour. sitting in the lobby for a long time is very comfortable. love the aroma of the soap, shampoo, conditioner and the whole aroma of the hotel.

The location is quite far from Malioboro, an old hotel that has been rebranded so that the facilities in the room are old but large in size, the food is quite varied. Overall it is pleasant.

Easy check in, helpful staff, spacious room size plus sofa, good hotel cleanliness, ok food, parking access for rented motorbikes available, only for non-smoking requested rooms, but it still smells of cigarette smoke when you first enter. Otherwise all good👍

a fun family vacation at Kimaya at the end of January, also celebrating my mother's and my two daughters' birthdays. The room is spacious, the twin bed is also big, measuring 120x200, the amenities are complete, there are extra snacks for the executive room and refills every day, get a pool view 😍, the staff are friendly and the service is fast. Overall, it was satisfying. The room was quite spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom had a bathtub, and all the amenities were in good condition. The only downside was the swimming pool, which had a depth of 1.7 meters—too deep for children aged 8-12. Meanwhile, the kids’ pool was too shallow for them. My personal rating for this hotel is 8 out of 10. Thank you, Kimaya Hotel. Keep up the great work!

The room is spacious, a good hotel, suitable for business and family. The location is very strategic, near Galeria Mall. Rooms with connecting doors are available, suitable for family vacations. The hotel is quite old, so it needs extra care. The bathroom is quite confusing with a bathtub and shower above, the door above the bathtub is quite ticklish. For the receptionist, maybe the friendliness can be added, don't look like a forced smile. The elevators are also only 2 with a capacity of 4-6 people, and quite slow, because it's from 1997. So waiting for the elevator is quite long, fortunately there is a large employee elevator that can accommodate many people.

Hotel is located in city center. This seems an old hotel that was revamped. Ambience at lobby and public area is quite good. The room is a bit old with old furnitures, but it is quite clean. Can't complain because the price is quite fair. Other facilities (fitness, swimming pool) is awesome.
