From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

Amaris Hotel Embong Malang
I requested to clean my room when I leaved. But it not happened yet when I back to my room. I asked for mineral water and new towel but it come so long. Please increase your service. If you need more time or cannot do the job at that time just tell the guest from the beginning. So they will not dissappointed.
