quite good, a little suggestion for the room, they should provide a mat, because the room is narrow and close to the bathroom, so after coming out of the bathroom it's wet and quite muddy if you go straight to bed. Oh yeah, the staff should probably be friendlier.

going up to the top floor using the stairs while carrying quite a lot of luggage, the AC is not cold so the room is hot, the water tap suddenly turns on by itself because it is broken.

Every transit to Surabaya often stay at this hotel. The location is very close to Gubeng station. Smart TV in the room is very pampering with a smooth wifi network. Economical price but comfortable

why is my experience so bad Because I am connected to the main door of the lobby and the stairs are noisy Because the room is not soundproof, not LG, the upper floor is noisy. The service when I wa at Tugu took a long time to reply even though I was online and replied when I wa again several times, the room according to my request the staff was good, only for the cleanliness of the lobby area, all the food was scattered when I wanted to party but I didn't turn on the staff there, only guests who didn't want to be careful took all the food spilled on the table didn't want to clean it.. the room sheets and pillows had a drop of blood stain but after I wa immediately said whether they wanted to be replaced, whether they wanted to be moved to a room, .. the answer made me touched Because they were fast .. the price is cheap, the privacy of the room is already extraordinary, using water, my staff is great, only one in the room, the charging socket is not next to the TDR place so we go back and forth to check our cellphones, and there is no chair provided room. Thank you. Next time I want to stay again because I like the design of the bathroom which is very clean.

I picked this hotel based on reviews. When I checked in, it was totally the opposite of what I read. No elevator. Rooms were to small for 2 persons. You can hear everything from your room, so be prepared to be annoyed while you sleep. Towels are dirty and looks like it has been used for years. Overall, its cheap, with the cost of your quality rest and hygiene.

For the night shift, it is better to increase the number of staff because the check-in queue is long and uncontrollable. The check-in queue duration during peak season is > 30 minutes. And the instructions are incomplete that the room card must be renewed every day. There is no elevator here so we need to pay attention to the efficiency of our own luggage and activities on the lower floor. The linen seems to need periodic upgrades because it looks improper when we first enter and is torn including the towels. I know you guys can be better
