There is no liquid soap in the bathroom, like, I have reported it to the receptionist until check out it has not been given. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved again

My experience staying here was quite good for the relatively affordable price. The staff was very helpful, the room service was also okay. Overall there were no significant problems during my stay here, just a little input about the AC, please improve it so that the AC sound is softer and does not interfere with sleep quality. Also for Wifi, please improve it so that the signal quality is better. One more thing, please provide information for ordering room services such as ordering food, yesterday I was confused about which line to call to order food.

The room rates are cheap, you can get clean, minimalist rooms that are comfortable to stay in, the location is close to shopping centers, the employees are also friendly. Safely park your vehicle in front of the hotel. Reference for staying again if you go to Mataram again.
