The cleanliness of the hotel has been improved. Because when I arrived the pillowcase smelled musty, I asked for a change but it took a long time to get a response. The trash in the room was not thrown away, I took it out myself when the cleaning service was cleaning the room next to mine.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Strategic location can be from the side of Plaza Semanggi (so as not to be charged GAGE) or from Jl. Jend Gatot Subroto. The room is spacious and clean. The equipment of pots, bowls, spoons, forks, refrigerators and teflon are also available. The service is friendly and very helpful. Mangkukuhur Residence by Lorin is really good.

Amazing! Everything is very good! The rooms are very clean, all staff including front office, security, cleaning, etc. are very well trained, professional and communicative! Will come back soon for next trip! Thankyou 😊.
