I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

It's really an amazing experience to have staycation in new year eve in Manhattan Jakarta Hotel. Such a pleasure with wide city view room to enjoy seeing NYE fireworks from the room. Must try!!

This is my second time stay at Manhattan Hotel due to monitoring a project nearby.
The rooms are a bit narrow, but plus point for the bathtub.
Breakfast was delicious and love the variety of food. Refreshments also tasty.
Love the infinity pool which is kids friendly with remarkable view surrounding.
Mall and restos are just around the corner by within walking distance.
Would definitely come back for another staycation.

I really enjoyed my staycation at Manhattan. I stayed for 2 nights and it was pleasant. And their staff really friendly and helpful. I was surprised they sent me a cake to my room in my birthday. Thank you Manhattan! I had great moment.

It was holiday season and the hotel was fully booked, a wedding event and Chinese New Year made crowded every breakfast time we did not get any seat and they open the meeting room for the guests who did not get seat. However the hotel location is the best! just walking distance to the famous shopping malls and lots of culinary options nearby the hotel. You will survive as long as Padang Sederhana Restaurant is a cross the street. The room is so so for 5 star hotel, it was not as expected! They did not change our towel and not refill the coffee. We should ask them to bring new towel. But the view from the room also awesome!!! that was the only thing that made me happy and last I did not like the swimming pool, why they claim have the best swimming pool?! The water was dirty and not fresh at all! Not make sense for 5 star hotel🥲

Simply one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Jakarta! I asked for high floor non smoking room and I got it at the highest floor!
The staffs are extremely friendly!! They always smile and very helpful!
The breakfast spread was truly amazing!
Every morning I really enjoyed my breakfast time!
Oh and I love the fact that bluebird taxis are stationed at the hotel area, this was important as I had to travel early morning every day for my early morning meetings - couldn’t afford waiting for a taxi at all!
Great amenities, great services and awesome food!
Looking forward to stay here again!
