I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

It's really an amazing experience to have staycation in new year eve in Manhattan Jakarta Hotel. Such a pleasure with wide city view room to enjoy seeing NYE fireworks from the room. Must try!!

Overall this hotel is good. However, the bathroom smells less pleasant. Sorry, maybe only in the room we stayed in, the window glass looked blurry and not clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, clean and fragrant and the view is very nice, the pool area is also very beautiful, but the waiting time for check in is quite long, I only got a room at 5, but was given 1 hour more when checking out. Thank you

We had good memories in here. All staff are awesome. But, there is no lift to the parking area (they had stairs for guest mobilization), but this is not a big problem at all. Because they had good enough surroundings (mall, city view, pool, etc).

Check in at 12 they said you can only enter at 14.00, at 14:10 there was no news, finally I asked the receptionist and it was processed. Only checked in at 14:30
The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, no mat was provided, I called the receptionist but they brought 1 after more than an hour, so I was too lazy to ask for another.
The drain in the shower was clogged, the water took a very long time to recede, finally I took a shower with stagnant water.

maybe because it was the Eid holiday..check in took 1 hour..the room was quite comfortable...but didn't get a good view because the floor was not high enough.old interior...the wallpaper was a bit peeling.the most unsatisfactory thing was the breakfast, almost all the food was not warm..from fried rice, tough meat..the Indian food had better meat.the food variation was lacking..the sausages didn't seem fresh..even though the hotel sausages are famous for being delicious.unfortunately this time it wasn't.and it should have been informed about the age of the child who was charged an additional meal fee.6 years old was charged around 150 thousand.

I stayed in an executive triple room, the room is quite spacious. I was quite disappointed when I checked in, there were no bath towels, and the bathroom smelled musty. When I complained, there was no apology, even though my complaint was immediately responded to. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking. It's a bit unfortunate that a five-star hotel can be like that.

satisfied staying here, staying in the Mars and Venus type, spacious, the bathroom view is cool, the bath up is good, clean. friendly staff, fast check in, ordered a happy birthday message, it was written. got an additional birthday cake gift. walking distance to Kuningan City is close, One Satrio, Ambassador Mall is all close, to the LRT station if you want to walk it's not too far.

So this is our second stay in this hotel. The first one was quite impressive so we decided to come back.
Then we came back at a night before lebaran 2025 for 6 days. For triple room. We came at 16.40 turned out our room was not ready yet. They said, they wanted to make sure our bedroom was a non smoking room then ask for 15 minutes to double check. It was a lady who helped us in the beginning. Then i came back talking to the man in the reception name Mr Rifki or Rizki. He then told me that the room (the triple room) was not ready and requested for another 30 minutes to prepare the room. By then it was 17.10. So we have to wait longer.
We understood if it’s the peak of the season ramadhan. What we couldn’t understand was there were no notification in advance that our room were not ready tho we came a bit late than we supposed to (check in 14.00 o’clock). And the main poin i was writing this complain letter/review was we cannot accepted on how Mr Rifki/Rizki delivered the information. The arrogant shown on his face with no emphasize that its the hotel problem that they cannot made the room ready. We were tired. The kids were tired. There was no apology that the room wasn’t ready yet. He specifically telling us to let the kids play on the activity club while they were exhausted. He said there’s nothing they can do as the room was still being prepared. At this time and situation a customer just wanted to have a comfort and emphaty on their situation. But in this case, Mr Rifki/Rizki was failed to deliver the information. We finally got the room key from the bellboy (how disappointing was that) The guy who delivered our stuff to the room. Not the reception. We truly disappointed. Also, they implicitly stated that traveloka customer was not a priority thanks to Mr Rifki.
We have been to the 3 hotels of this group. Merlyn park, sunlake and manhattan. This manhattan was the busiest among all. But the hospitality wise are not 5 star.

Last time here was around 13/15 years ago and only 1 old security guard still remembers us..sometimes we stay here for months, what we always miss is the breakfast menu and the Indian menu..now back here with different management but the atmosphere and menu are still the same and delicious..
only the sheets in the room smell a bit musty maybe the washing method can be improved, and the room lights should not be white, it is better to have yellow so it is more calming.
continue to improve the service and improve the spirit of the hoteliers🥰🥰
