I booked a villa for 2 nights for a staycation with family. On the first day of check in we got a villa at the top, I already complained because we have 2 babies. And when we entered the room and took off our shoes, the floor felt dusty, I asked for a broom and swept the whole room myself because babies used to play on the floor. And when we wanted to sleep, the bed cover looked clean but it turned out to be a lot of dust and maybe there were insects because almost all of our family members were itching when we woke up even though before we went to bed we tried to flaps the sheets. Besides that, the ceiling looks a lot of black spots due to leaks, as well as the window curtains have spots like moldy, it is possible that this villa has not been used for a long time. Finally I requested to move to another villa, and the employee allowed us to move to a villa that nearby restaurant after the guests checked out. The second villa is bigger and cleaner, looks quite well maintained compared to the previous one. And we are quite satisfied after moving to the second villa. In my opinion, for the price of the villa which is quite expensive, the condition is not worth the price. Except the first villa condition, the employee services and the view is good.

It ' s the worst hotel I've ever been. It ' s a true nightmare staying in such a place. They have no water! The water run little for a while and it turned off again for a long time. I could tolerate the access to this hotel, the condition of the old hotel, how they didn't provide toilet paper, the room that was not quite clean, but one thing that couldn't be tolerated that water was off most of the time in most of the places not only in the room, even in the toilet at the restaurant. I couldn't even think how they could sell this place without any notice about the water issue. One thing that I can say for sure, this hotel is not recommended to stay! Don't you ever come to this place or it'll ruin your mood and all your plans.
