It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

There are lots of cockroaches in between the mattresses 🥹🙏🏻 Hopefully next time there will be fumigation spraying or something else so that the cleanliness is maintained and there are no bed bugs or small cockroaches

“The experience of staying at this hotel is amazing! The room is super spacious, so it is really comfortable to rest without feeling cramped. The staff is also friendly and very helpful, from check-in to needs during the stay are always well served. Plus, the breakfast is very diverse, many choices of delicious and fresh menus every morning. This hotel is truly a perfect combination of comfort, best service, and pampering facilities. we took the 3 bedrooms here are the reviews:
1. like the spacious room, 5 people
2. like the big refrigerator
3. the staff is quick to help
4. the check-in process is smooth
5. the restaurant has a variety of food but because of the long holiday it is very crowded it tends to be cramped
6. the main room the bed is put in the middle
7. the main bathroom smells, the glass door is broken until it has to be removed
8. the room concept has a kitchen set but don't expect any eating utensils other than glasses (no plates/bowls/forks) so the kitchen set is useless compared to hotels in Jakarta with the same price with the same concept and complete furniture.
I stayed in room 819 if I'm not mistaken I concluded that I was unlucky to get the room, it seems this room has not been used for a long time

Overall it was great. But unfortunately the balcony always locked for all the rooms as the reception said. But they have an option for smoking/ non-smoking room.
