Its location at the heart of Surabaya city made us convenient to make a short walk way nearby the hostel. Clean&warm service from the staff!!! Cool!

What I like in Mira Inn Lagoon, they have capsule room but instead of living with other people, we can stay in one room by self. they have warm water shower and Minibar with toiletries so we don't have to go down for that. they also have room service for food and drink. don't forget about the location is in the middle of the city where everything is in walk distance.

For short-term or one-day stays, it's still worth it. But more than that, I don't think so, because you have to climb quite steep stairs. The rest is pretty good.

I ordered uno for one person. The room turned out to be on the 5th floor. And there is no elevator access. So be prepared to be strong on your feet. Hot water is available in the room. The towels are quite clean. Only the sheets seem old and not white anymore. Access to strategic places is quite close.

Affordable price for short transit. Or just a staycation. The only problem is the AC is not cold and the hot water tap has a very hot handle. The towels also look quite dirty.

The place is comfortable, even though it's on the 5th floor. But it turns out it's on the 3rd floor. The AC is comfortable, the bathroom is okay. More than enough, clean. The receptionist is friendly.

Very comfortable room. Housekeeping and HRD/receptionist were responsive when I asked to move rooms, smiling lightly, you guys who are in transit from Perak, the airport or out of town must stay here, it's cheap and affordable. Near Deta Plaza, TP, there are many culinary places to the circle next to it.

Stay period 17-18 August 2024. This hotel uses a shophouse. This hotel is not suitable for families, the room size is very narrow, it is better to use other applications such as Redoorz for the same price to get more facilities than this hotel. If you go to this hotel, use a motorbike/taxi/online taxi/motorcycle taxi/online motorcycle taxi, because the parking lot here is very inadequate, and is not equipped with guards/security, and had an argument with the receptionist about car parking, fortunately I stayed on the weekend and checked out in the morning before 8 am. I got the 4th floor and this hotel is not equipped with an elevator. The floor/ceramic floor is broken and not repaired (it is very dangerous if the soles of the feet are hit by broken ceramics), there are only towels, no toiletries. Mini mineral water is provided (330ml). When entering the room, the AC was not functioning properly (Not cold) finally moved rooms. There is no janitor for hotel equipment, so there are equipment lying everywhere. Hopefully useful.
