The most prominent thing about this villa is, besides the villa is nice. The staff are 3 female people, all helpful and agile. Very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Not recommended for families, the room is only for 2 people. Excess members are charged 100 per person... there is no hot water and the water flow is very small, there are no rough towels, no tissues, lots of flies and crawling animals that enter the room. The female staff are not competent in fixing the hot water. The entrance to the villa is tight for one car. It is exactly 12 no later than 12 o'clock

sofa bed wedged with tissue roll if you sit on it is not comfortable at all tissue not available..have to ask first kettle crusty very dirty sugar looks like it has been exposed to water really disgusting want to have tea or coffee in the room there are snails running around at night management asked to share location starting at 15.30 already lost everywhere only shared location at 22.30 arrived at the villa greeted hot water not on even the guest themselves had to fix the water heater because no staff can in the morning again hot water is off and can not be used room can only be filled by 2 people so do not expect a big room even if you bring extra mattress will still be charged again 100k per person main swimming pool water is cold for kintamani area which is famous for hot water pool this place is the worst Overall this is the worst place during my 2 weeks vacation in Bali and do not expect late checkout..we were visited at 11.45 to immediately check out on time

I booked and noted that I wanted to make a reservation at 11 pm and I've already chatted. The staff said it was okay when I arrived, it turned out that there was no one at the reception. Finally, I kept calling and the staff answered. Then, breakfast turned out to only have a few menus. And when I ordered, it took a long time to arrive, and when it did arrive, it was really not nice. Except that the eggs were still okay to eat. And one more thing. There were so many flies everywhere, everywhere in the room outside, there were flies.

Access to the inn is rather small. For the variety of food is too little and the hotel staff info breakfast can only be at 8 am, it is rather difficult for those who want to do morning tracking activities. For other services, it is good and the place is quite clean

The check-in & check-out very flexible. Nice rooms some with jacuzzi and some not. There 's a common pool. Rooms are clean and have smart TV. Wi-fi is okay. But the location is a bit far from the cafes on top of the hill. Smaller car can come in right until the central door of the villa. I think for bigger car can only stop outside of the alley entry.

Minus: It looks like there is no restaurant, only breakfast is provided, at 10 am if you want to order additional breakfast, orders are already closed. It's a bit difficult to find food and there are lots of flies, coordination between staff is still lacking, payment has been made for the jeep rental but they are still being billed, even though it's finally clear. Plus: The view is great, the rooms are spacious and clean.
