Very bad hotel. The bed needs to be changed. Room and the ventilation not good at all. Please renovate. Don't make customer dissapointed.

The room is dirty, bathroom dirty, no wifi at room, the floor parkit broken and dangerous for child, refrigerator not cold, breakfast not provided as buffet at restaurant but delivered to room with box, swimming pool not clean. Wall at bed room dirty. Very unsatisfying experience!
