Great and Unique Room, best fit for young Families who likes traveling and new experience, near city center and local food culinary place. Roof top view are amazing. Highly recommended. Attention, not suitable for oldies, all room are in 3rd floor by stairs, no elevator.

Mezzanine Hotel yg sangat nyaman, akses dekat ke city center, Stasiun Garut, tempat makan dsb, kamar sangat bersih, minuman disediakan dispenser di luar, sayang untuk kloset tidak ada selang jet washer, dan keran utk wudu juga tidak ada, hanya shower ya, meski begitu hotel ini sangat recommended utk stay di Garut

At first, there was a slight problem about the air conditioner that made my room a lil warm. But the staff was so helpful and offered to switch the room with the more comfort one. Basically, this hotel is the most Instagrammable and comfy and modern in Garut at the affordable range.

Pengalaman Check in kurang oke ya, karena early Check-in harus bayar saya mengatur kedatangan tepat jam 2, tetapi kamar belum siap ๐
Padahal saya sudah melakukan online check-in, bahkan konfirmasi lewat WA sebelum datang. Jadi sedikit kecewa. Layout kamar dan ruangan sangat menarik. Rooftop wajib disambangi, pemandangan kota Garut dan sekitarnya ๐Lokasi cukup dekat dari Stasiun. Kuliner banyak sekitar properti. Wi-Fi baik, dapat menonton Netflix dengan lancar. Staff ramah. Galon air dan dispenser dekat tangga, peralatan minum bermerek, bagus. Amenities cukup, kurang sandal (harus request, mungkin berbayar). Saran: disediakan complimentary breakfast, ringan aja sudah cukup kok (masa kalah sama Bobobox). Karena tarif kamar nya lumayan ๐ nambah dikit udah bisa ke Santika Inn. Singkatnya: cukup direkomendasikan ๐

Comfy and clean, but the lift is too small and some times didn't work properly. They don't provide kettle, but there's a dispenser outside the room if you need warm water to make your coffee. Check out process a bit slow, but services was ok

I would like to recommend this accommodation to solo traveller, couples, or even family who are in transit or just strolling around Garut to find good food around. The overall concept and interior are humble and intriguing. The bakery and cafe on lower ground emphasize the vibe that this hotel want to bring. My favorite was the smell of toilet freshener that also has the same style as the bakery. They choose vanilla and oudwood as they room fragrance. How great choice! My second favorite was the rooftop. Chilling on windy Garut on the rooftop was really joyful for me. The aisle way design reminds me to accommodation in frankfurt somehow. This hotel is strategic and located at city centre. Everywhere is nearby. You can find 2 cafes on the same road and and other recommended food stall (walking distance). Don't forget to get surabi oncom as breakfast at the junction. Please note that this hotel is not recommended for someone who aren't friendly with stairs since all room has bed on mezzaine floor.

Love the hospitality and the cleanliness. Locates right in the center of the city so everything is nearby. Staffs are very welcoming too.
