The hotel staff is very welcoming! I was lucky to be helped with an early check-in by the Reception team. The security team was also very helpful!

Located at a very strategic location in Bandung. Rooms were large enough for family members and spotless clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall would definitely return and recommend for staying for a nice getaway to Bandung.

Breakfast buffet is good by the hotel price level. Decent spread. Room wise, booked non smoking but gave us the smoking floor. Room was good without ciggie smell. Call to prayer was very loud but it 's OK. Am used to it. Pleasant sound of train occasionally which I love actually. So overall a good hotel to be in.

There is no refrigerator in the room! For a hotel with that rate but no refrigerator in the room, it's not worth it.

The hotel location is strategic, cleanliness is ok. Parking is limited but still OK. It's just a shame that the AC unit drips water, it seems like condensation, so the floor is muddy and the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly/locked because the door stopper underneath is stuck with the floor elevation. Just a suggestion, maybe on weekends the sky lounge area has people on standby, it's not empty and only left with a food menu and a telephone, the intention to relax on the rooftop ended up not happening.
