The hotel staff is very welcoming! I was lucky to be helped with an early check-in by the Reception team. The security team was also very helpful!

Located at a very strategic location in Bandung. Rooms were large enough for family members and spotless clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall would definitely return and recommend for staying for a nice getaway to Bandung.

Breakfast buffet is good by the hotel price level. Decent spread. Room wise, booked non smoking but gave us the smoking floor. Room was good without ciggie smell. Call to prayer was very loud but it 's OK. Am used to it. Pleasant sound of train occasionally which I love actually. So overall a good hotel to be in.

The place is very strategic for everywhere and also close to everywhere, but the TV often has problems, and the AC is not too cold but still okay. The service is friendly and honest, yesterday after checking in the room, it turned out I left my phone behind, I rushed back and asked the staff for help, when I came back fortunately the phone was still there. Cool. Will come back here again

Booked 3 rooms here, premier type, Really like this hotel, the service is perfect. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, clean toilets, I really like it! The staff is fast. Ask for anything and they will deliver it immediately ๐. The food is also delicious, just not many choices, overall everything is delicious. Like it! Maintain cleanliness and everything, hopefully next time there will be more food choices, and hopefully there will be a playground for children to play ๐.
