It was quite disappointing. The CI process took a very long time, the TV couldn't turn on, the WiFi was slow, and overall, the building looked unkempt and the floors were dirty.

Sempat terjadi dispute karena ditelpon resepsionis hotel, katanya ada double booking, dan saya disarankan untuk cancel bookingan di aplikasi, tapi karena sudah H-1, kami menolak. Dan kami tetap dapet kamar sesuai bookingan. Lokasi cocok untuk yang ingin liburan jauh dari keramaian. Nasi goreng, dan omeletnya enak. Untuk kebersihan kamar dan hotel secara keseluruhan, harus ditingkatkan.

Kamar Deluxe 209 . Kamarnya nyaman, rasa makanan enak. Kamar & kamar mandi bersih. Air shower, AC, pemanas air berfungsi baik. Untuk kamar Deluxe ada balkon, kamar Superior tidak ada balkon. Untuk staf, ramah tapi hanya ada sedikit. Jadi untuk pesan makanan di resto sedikit lama, tapi tidak masalah. Banyak menu yang kosong di resto ketika kami memesan, mungkin karena baru selesai musim liburan jadi belum restok lagi. Ada jemuran handuk di balkon kamar. Ada 3 ekor cicak di kamar, yang 2 di belakang AC, mungkin keluar-masuk dari celah pintu, sangat mengganggu. Yg 1 di belakang lemari tapi hanya diam saja, tidak mengganggu. Lokasi hotel sangat dekat ke pantai. Area depan hotel merupakan jalur melintas warga, tidak ada pembatas sama sekali, tapi ada beberapa cctv ke area parkir. Area sekeliling hotel merupakan area kebun, sedikit terpisah dari rumah-rumah warga.

Suitable for those who like to go to the beach because you don't need to be complicated to the beach, but the hotel is already red sea ,, the condition of the hotel is good, clean according to the stars hehehe ,,, just suggestions for improved facilities, because it is far from everywhere and a bit lonely in the future Covid19 pandemic when we were there as a family I wanted to enjoy karaoke at the hotel only ... but according to the hotel it was repairing ... wow, a bit disappointed because the night is getting longer because it is soooooo, oh yeah, the fried noodles are so spicy the children can't eat. continued success for One South

Very close to the red island beach, just walk for a while on the beach. Always on warm water in the bathroom, cold AC, clean rooms. The TV, right when my room doesn & apos; t work.

Hotel cleanliness is lacking, there are no towels in the room. Cable TV program only two or three channels that can be, others are not available. The friendliness of the staff is sufficient, the breakfast is less varied, the taste is also ordinary .. Don't forget to bring food for dinner, because the location of the hotel is far from everywhere, the access road to the hotel is also very dark at night. The advantages of the hotel are only close to the beach Between the price (565 thousand) and the facilities that can not be comparable.

A very nice hotel small but cozy despite the covid19 situation, we the only guest in the hotel but they still serve us at the best they can. Everything need to be paid in cash or there will be some levy on using Credit card even debit card. Despite the situation the hotel is nice and comfy, I like it and very close to the beach

Very disappointing. Right when going up to the 2nd floor the position on the stairs smells of urine. When entering breakfast into the room, the employee opens the room without permission even though the position is still on the beach. When we returned from the beach the electricity went out, the generator could not be used until we checked out without a policy of cutting prices and others. For the quality of a hotel like that at a price of 600 it is very expensive. If you want a reservation you have to think about it many times.

The best hotel (for now). On the red island beach. the room is clean, quiet, the water is okay, the air conditioner is okay, you get a balcony even though the garden view, lots of power plugs. Breakfast is also okay, even though there are only 4 kinds, but the taste is quite kekewu. Most of the five-star hotels are usually bland. close to the beach, only 50 meters, just walk for a while. if it's night, it's quiet. but it's safe. The hotel staff is also friendly, next we will definitely visit again, 1 day is not enough to play on the beach.

Staying at One South is a pleasant place, even though the entrance to the hotel is a bit far but safe and willing to travel at night is still safe, Kemarinan feels like the hotel itself because there are no guests staying, unfortunately I have to immediately check-out due to sudden office matters because of covid 19 Hopefully later when it has subsided we can go back there again and enjoy the view of the beach which is close to the hotel and the service is friendly and can be.

Roads are not good in remote places. Service not good. We complained of dead water repeatedly only told to wait, from you check in until tomorrow afternoon almost check-out can only. Even that can't be hot water. Imagine having to defecate with mineral water, not being able to take a shower even after coming from the beach. Will not be here again.

For all the good places to service my phone using the hotel phone is not picked up just using my own cell phone then there can be less communication with the guest so guests have to ask questions and then bicycle examples want to be included and it is 9 o'clock and he has no confirmation for wanting to be returned or stored but it's good for the design of the service.
