Friendly service, easy access to the hotel, clean and tidy rooms, clean toilets (can't brush teeth, toothpaste and soap), 2 towels are available, air-conditioned room, parking is quite narrow when full of visitors.

Hot water does not work, said the officer only morning to afternoon because it uses a water heater, when tried in the morning until noon it still does not heat. Sheets and bed covers make itchy skin. The room smells bad, there are no drinks and amenities. the table and chairs are dusty. There is a lot of trash under the bed.

Nginep's first experience was not in a star hotel but was shocked by the facilities and services of Rumah Pakuan G1, the place is clean, the air conditioner is cold, towels are changed every day, mineral water can be 2 bottles per day, bath soap every day can, rooms are cleaned every day as long as we leave the key and ask for cleaning, and if we bring the vehicle there is a parking lot and the officer is ready to help to park our vehicle. Very satisfying. again if you go to Bogor.

Clean environment, always book a suite room because the rooms are bigger. The minus yesterday was that the floordrain was clogged so the water was a bit crunchy as if there was rubbish out of it. Overall it's okay.
