The inn is full even though it has been booked and confirmed first only because of the payment option when checking in, the suggestion is to just delete the payment when checking in because the priority hotel owner has already paid. Very disappointing.

Just found out that the Three Joye Inn also has the Hannu Ummi Inn right in front of it, it's just as good, clean, spacious and friendly, and the service is fast.

Sepertinya pemilik OYO ini perlu diajarkan cara² menghormati tamu. Beberapa kali menggedor pintu saat tamu sedang istrahat, dengan alasan pembayaran belom terkomfirmasi. Padahal sebenarnya sudah dibayar oleh app. Penggedoran pintu berlanjut sampai tengah malam. (jam 11:30), sampai-sampai anak saya menelepon saya karena ketakutan. Apalago anak saya adalah seorang remaja. Apakah tidak ada cara-cara yang patut? Apakah sop oyo seperti ini? Sungguh menyesal memilih penginapan ini.
