The receptionist's service was also very bad like his face, he said that this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. Clogged toilet, bathroom with lots of dirt such as blood, abandoned building, photos in the application are different from the original.

The old hotel is not operating, just reopened. All facilities are not good, the toilet is clogged, there is no water, the bathroom door cannot be locked. AC in some cold rooms.

Order a double suit priced at 390's, but the room is not clean and dusty, can't drink water and tissue, the condition of the sheets, pillows and musty blankets.

First, the price is different. Until there I was told to pay another 50 thousand because he said the price on the Traveloka site had not been updated. Where can't be refunded! The room is usually comfortable, tends to be scary, want to charge there is no working socket. The handle and the door lock have rusted. And the bathroom door under the hole perforated.
