Very bad service. The guard / owner is fierce and very unfriendly, the toilet is dirty and not clean, aqua water is not provided for drinking, the room smells and the floor is sticky, the air conditioner is not cold.

Pelayanannya parah! Masa bilangnya tutup padahal udah bayar. Disuruh nunjukin bukti trf padahal di hotel lain cukup kasih bukti evoucher dari aplikasi sudah cukup. Udah ribet galak lagi. Gak lagi-lagi nginep sini.

Sorry I am very dissatisfied here, I haven't arrived for 1 hour the AC is broken, and cannot be replaced with another room. And the guard / receptionist is very unfriendly. How can it be like this when I can't rest in peace. I really lost a lot. Even this I can't sleep. And also there is no responsibility from the keeper / owner and the price is also expensive, it is very disappointing. Provided water in the room is not below 100,000, it still provides bottled mineral water. The bathroom was smelly too. Very not worth that price. This is the first time I have a bad thing like this because I am from a long journey that needs rest.

The location is on Jalan Lintas Sumedang-Cirebon, the check-in process is quite fast. However, the condition of the bedroom is the end guest hair. So that the hotel manager wants to prepare the bed even tidier. thanks.

The CS, mothers, are not polite, when the customer is snapped at it because of payment at a mobile ATM. Want to use an atm receipt Even though I was as clean as the evidence. With the reason that the hotel owner does not want to have to use a receipt. For what is digital machine technology, lodging is not recommended.
