The service is bitchy, not friendly, 1 star. Next time try to be more friendly with guests, fortunately it wasn't me who was staying alone.

Parking is paid again 10 thousand, the sheets don't seem to be replaced, there are white patches, smells, and itches.

The remote battery is all dead, & the bathroom door is see through/can be seen from the outside.

It's been a long way to get there, I was asked for my ID card and my wife's ID card was left behind, I gave a photo of the ID card instead, I was told to take it home, it was a long trip from a different city. In the class of a 5-star hotel, only 1 KTP is enough.

Not comfortable at all. The room is very stuffy. Why do guests who stay overnight have their ID cards held?

The service is quite satisfactory, it's just that cleanliness is lacking, because used condoms are still found, then those who order via the application can get the top floor room, other than that the others are quite satisfactory.
