The bathroom of room 206 is not clean, so it smells, please ask the hotel manager to improve his room service, so that customers will be comfortable staying.

Not recommended. The receptionist is dirty, and parking the car is not their responsibility, so it makes you anxious. The rooms are also like an old building, musty too. Tv also ants.

The location is easy to find, want to go to the Grand Mosque or Mainum Palace, just walk. Unfortunately there is no elevator yet, up to the 3rd floor. The air conditioner is cold, the shower has a new closset, so pay attention to the sink so that it is cleaned too. The rest of this hotel is good according to the price.

Think twice about booking again, the service is unfriendly, unprofessional, giving ugly rooms up to 3 times changing rooms, if it's on purpose we ordered it on the trip? (outrageous, love the first and second rooms, there are dirty spots, dusty smell and pieces of lizard, the bathroom is not cleaned, there is still toothpaste, he said we were not given toiletries, but in fact there is trash, the second room has no TV, hot air conditioner, smells bad , dusty too and not ads shower and he said comfortably like that, messed up the service like that! I feel like I want to complain to the owner directly, the service is severe, he says 24 hours of service, I want to check in or check it, it & amp; # 39; s not in a very long place ,,, necessary given a warning from the employee
