I love this hotel! Nearby to the train station and tourism sites, such as Monas and GI-PI. A lot of street food options. Been dozens of bookings here.

It's an old hotel, it's a very affordable hotel for a short stay for transit purposes. The location is very ideal and strategic to reach any destination. However, affordable prices also come with less comfort. The hot water is not working, the tap is broken, the air conditioner is leaking and not cold, linens and floor mats must be requested, and there are broken tiles. Please spare some effort to rectify those, at least guests can comfortably sleep. But, the room was clean and the bed sheets are clean too. The staff was very responsive to clean the room, and anyway it's a very cheap rate, so I shouldn't complain too much.

very spooky, my friend was also possessed. please fix the room facilities, starting from the broken sink, the AC is not cold, etc... it should be comfortable, but oh well....

It is not recommended to enter the room at 9 pm because the floor is wet and makes people slip because it has just been cleaned. Well, the check-in time is 2 pm, we entered at 9 pm and it was just cleaned. The atmosphere is horrible, there is a lot of dust in the room. Towels were also requested but they were not available.

The price is very cheap considering the location of the hotel in the middle of the city, it feels very very cheap. There are also many food and beverage sellers around the hotel, security around the hotel is also good.

strategic location...the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The first impression when entering the lobby is aesthetic and cultural... However, the condition of the hotel room is dim and old fashion... needs a touch of renovation without leaving its cultural characteristics.. It will definitely return to being as magnificent as its time...

The elevator is not proper. The indicator lights are not on. And the buttons are hard to press. The water jug is dirty. The bed is bent. Not comfortable to sleep. The pillowcase is not clean.

I booked 2 hotels for 2 nights, at night I just realized that the AC in both rooms could not be tuned in with the remote. After calling the receptionist (luckily the receptionist was fast response), a technician came to fix the AC. On the second day, because I asked for the room to be cleaned, I just realized that on the first day there was no compliment of toiletries in the bathroom because on the second day there was only one. The advantage of this hotel is that there are many places to eat around the hotel, and right next to the hotel there is a minimarket. It is also close to the HI roundabout

The room atmosphere is cool (classic), but unfortunately the wifi doesn't connect, towels aren't provided, there are lots of small leeches in the bathroom, so it should have been 2 nights... I only stayed for a day and moved hotels

I finally made a book here because the review is good. But what I met the different thing. Water heater didn't not workat all. I've made report but they only take note. And also the airco was terrible and I've made report but didn't meet our expectation. The worst was the staff serve without hospitality. No smile with low voice and I didn't receive any thank from him. I will upload the picture. I regret to choose Paragon Hotel. So Sorry…
