The hotel is totally supreme. All hotel staff were so great. I requested a bathmat and Mr Widi delivered to me less than 3 minutes. FO staff especially Mr Fahri,Mr Anam,Mss Yuli and Mss Yeni were helpfull. They helped me during my visit in Jakarta and also FO staff gave me near elevator room in the high floor. Supreme staff!

The room is okay. It's nice to have a long bench that can be used to sit and put your suitcase that is being opened. It's just that sometimes the cleaners are not neat, there are still parts that look dirty. I stayed for 13 nights. So it's very obvious when the person cleaning the room just walks by, when it's really cleaned. During breakfast, the food tasted good, but it was cold. So the food heater was not turned on. My child had time to order room service, and the food was cold too. The wifi is quite good, there is no telephone in the room, so they gave us a WA number. If we need something via WA. The location is very good. If I have work in the area again, I will choose to stay there again. I'm already comfortable with the room and the hotel.

quite close to the city center, easy access, coincidentally I was from out of town and wanted to watch a concert at Ancol, the hotel was quite clean and the city view from the top floor was quite good, the check in and check out process was fast, no need to wait long and the service was friendly and satisfying, I ordered a non-breakfast room, the room facilities included towels, soap/toothbrush, sandals, smooth wifi and drinking water provided by the hotel, the elevator ran smoothly, the only drawback was that the TV was not a smart TV, it was still a regular TV, hopefully it can be upgraded in the future, thank you, always successful, Pop Hotel

The hotel is nice, the service is very friendly, the staff is very agile but never order an Extra Bed at this Hotel. The Extra Bed is very disappointing, the Bed is only made of ordinary Sponge and the bed is also full of holes.
