One of the best Hotel in Bandung

For those who want to enjoy the city of Bandung, this hotel is the best because it is close to everywhere because it is right in the middle of the city.

Never dissapointing. Gonna come back again

Check in has arrived on time check in, but only got a room at 16.30 When I arrived at the room, I wanted to wear a wet bathrobe. It seemed like a magic room. The coffee machine in the room also couldn't be used. And didn't provide new coffee capsules, it was seen on the packaging lid that was dented.

1. playground does not have many toys for children 2. swimming pool is too small for a 5 star hotel 3. the bed in my room made noises and was uncomfortable 4. breakfast has less variety compared to similar 5 star hotels

The food was good, but it was a bit strange when we asked for a refill of body soap. When we checked it twice, the impression was that I asked to take it home. There was really only a little left after taking a shower. The rest was quickly consumed.

Strategic location, close to Gedung Sate. Comfortable atmosphere and highly recommended.

The pool is too small for this hotel caliber

The bathroom door was stuck and locked us in for more than a hour. We already reported this isue during check out but the negative experience already incurred.

Cozy Hotel, City center, close to culinary food

Staying last night at Pullman was really impressive, the room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious and varied, one more thing I really appreciated was when my child fell in the swimming pool, the hotel staff immediately called me to offer a nurse to treat my child but because it was only a small wound, I thought it was unnecessary, the hotel staff came to the room bringing 2 glasses of iced chocolate and cake as a sign of apology, they were really responsible, for Pullman, my correction is only 1, please replace the swimming pool floor because a 4-5 star hotel has a good swimming pool, only Pullman has a standard swimming pool, it is very small and not suitable for use because several people were there at the same time as my child who fell in the swimming pool because the floor was slippery, if possible, immediately fix & renovate the swimming pool. overall everything is good, thank you Pullman🫰🏻
