The pool is too small for this hotel caliber

The bathroom door was stuck and locked us in for more than a hour. We already reported this isue during check out but the negative experience already incurred.

I forget how often I stay at this hotel because I always choose to stay here when I go to bandung. The staff very friendly, the location is very near with lapangan gasibu that I love to walk in the morning to find some my favorite local food. The bed room is big and quite, fresh and clean, I suggest the hotel can put bathroom mat to avoid wet floor might be slippery. The hotel have a lot of variety of food which you can enjoy in side or outdoor. Love to come back again.

The staff in restaurant not good to explained the programm at the restaurant. And suggest the guest to seat out door area. And I asked to talk to the manager Restaurant. But not coming to me yo explained.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Bandung! I was unexpectedly upgraded last minute, and it truly made the experience unforgettable, especially I stayed for my special day - my wedding day. The room was super spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a bed that felt like a cloud. Best of all, it had a balcony with a stunning view of Gedung Sate, which made every moment feel magical. The service was exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the thoughtful touches like complimentary high tea and cocktails, every detail was handled with such care and attention. The level of hospitality here truly sets this hotel apart. I can’t thank the staff enough for the upgrade and their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience! Super grateful ❤️❤️
