Pullman Bandung Grand Central

It was a blessed to stay in this hotel, the ambient, the view and the nice staff. One of the disadvantages of the connecting room is that the door handle is broken but from all of them it's fine. Can't wait to stay again in this hotel in the future. Thanks Pullman!

Just had a very bad experience since the very beginning, uncomfortable with the balloon restriction, my kid was prohibited to bring his balloon without mentioning any reasons to us, start from the very beginning I conclude that this hotel is not kid-friendly. While queuing, I heard that they are having trouble to provide the room for its customer on time, that trouble made the queuing time became long, they were also not offering for welcome drink from the very beginning, and the receptionist did not remind us for free parking, so I conclude that they have a very poor management in terms of checking in (in several aspects: punctuality & reliability to provide available room for its customer). The Hotel employee especially at the pool area is not friendly. Five star hotel should focus on its hospitality, in terms of cleanliness, comfortable room, and its food usually not so different.

The location is very strategic to enjoy the city tourism near the hotel. You can walk to many restaurants, Gedung Sate, Gasibu, etc. I also love the japanese style of the room. But I think the pool is too small.

Must stay if you visit Bandung.

Only 2 hotels in indonesia that make me always want to stay there again and again. The other one is Pullman Bandung.

We were here for a medical conference. Strategic location. The pool was a bit small. Close to go anywhere around city center of Bandung. Food was good. Staff were super helpful. My family enjoyed this short staycation. Highly recommended.

We just arrived in hotel lobby at 14.00pm and the room not yet ready. There 's no special waiting lounge. The staff just said waiting can seat everywhere or can go to playground for my kids. And the room just ready at 17.00 pm. The all breakfast menu was very poor. This is my third experience in pullman bandung grandcentral. And my first experience was a dusty room. Thanks.

First time here, great location, nice room, friendly staff especially Haikal at the reception. Room was upgraded from deluxe to suite. In room dining was great also. Overall was awesome, definitely will return.
