The staff are friendly and the service is good, however, the room card often has errors, it's really tiring to call the staff back and forth, the rooms don't pay attention to the facilities, starting from the lights, some of the lights are off, the AC isn't cold enough even though it's on all night and has been adjusted,

Staff nya bener-bener ramah banget sih, mantap, walaupun hotelnya B aja tapi servicenya bagus, liftnya agak creepy ya kayak lift” lama gitu mungkin ada baiknya di kasih stiker decor dari olshop paling satu lift gasampe 100rb, oh iya untuk check in di sini cuma dapet 1 kunci kartu dan ada deposit 100rb * jadi buat yang ga siap uang cash siap” keluar lagi jalan kaki cari ATM.
