the room so smelly.. the bedsheet looks very dirty with stain on it. the smoke smell was like hell to me cant sleep at all, not recomended for babies or people with sensitive nose

Unfortunately, I asked for a little birthday cake but it wasn't given even though I had written it in the order.

The staff and service are friendly, only the cleanliness of the blankets and sheets, there are blood stains and some dirt.. for the room, if we don't ask for it to be cleaned, it won't be cleaned and mineral water won't be added if we don't ask for it.

I ordered an executive room with an expensive price of 2 million. When I checked in, I got a room with a small row bed, even though it was clear that I should have gotten a child's bed. It's not recommended for families. I'm fed up.

First time staying here, won't stay at Putri Mermaid again, very disappointed with the room

In my personal opinion, putri mermaid ancol is one of the comfortable places to relax with family. Starting from FO staff, security, restaurant staff, restaurant staff, technicians to cleaning staff, all are polite and friendly (that I met). Good service with polite speech such as - FO staff who promptly offered help to deliver when I asked for the location of the nearest ATM (near the bandar jakarta restaurant +/- 500 meters from putri mermaid), - technicians who immediately came when there was a little trouble with the indoor AC (note for management). - Nyiur resto staff who even though their faces looked tired, they still served with a smile when the children asked A-Z about the menu they wanted to order without the slightest bit of a curt tone when answering their questions. The price of food at Nyiur Resto is very friendly for a restaurant in a cottage and the taste of the food suits my family's taste buds. Notes for the manager and administrators I happened to stay in room HIU 025 - The water drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged, fortunately there were 2 drain holes so the water didn't stagnate too much when taking a shower. - The AC was on but the indoor fan of the AC wasn't spinning, called FO and it didn't take long for the technician to come. According to him the capacitor was weak, this happened when my family returned to the room after breakfast. Please handle it immediately so that it doesn't happen at night to other guests. Over all everything is ok. Thank you for making this x vacation make the children feel happy and comfortable, it's just a shame because the room at Putri Mermaid was fully booked for the next day so we were forced to move to another place to enjoy this x vacation. Their happiness is priceless for us.
