first opened the room greeted with cockroaches and a very noisy exhaust fan. asked to move rooms, was moved to a room like the picture, the condition was very unkempt, smelled of cigarettes and was narrower. complained again, the hotel offered to upgrade the room to a type that was said to be better but the upgrade was also priced. very disappointed considering we arrived at midnight and really needed rest for the next long flight. we booked here because we saw good comments and even got a rating of 8.7 but it turned out to be beyond expectations

The room is really small, the price of 500 for a room of that size is not worth it, the staff are friendly and responsive, in terms of the place/location of the hotel, it is indeed strategic, close to the Jaklingko bus stop

Conditions that occur that are almost encountered every time you check in: 1) The stair area where the service tray is placed has lots of broken tiles, the floor is dirty, and smells MUST 2) The condition of the wallpaper is starting to peel and get moldy 3) The bottom of the bed sheet is starting to get loose 4) Black mold and the sealant on the sink are starting to break 5) The AC is dirty, takes a long time to cool 6) The sofa is dirty and the blue logo cloth that covers the bed is also dirty 7) The sheets are not neatly arranged and look like they have been used (I have told the room service but it's useless) 8) STICKY FLOOR (please wash the mop with hot water + Rinso) Always STICKY every time I go there 9) Dirty bedsheet, I got an itchy rash from the mattress

first time staying at this hotel... first impression for the staff is friendly and helpful, quick to respond if there is something that needs to be fixed.. for the lobby condition is quite comfortable.. for the room condition is minimalist but quite comfortable. What needs to be fixed is the condition of the sink which needs to be repainted because it looks like dirty water marks.

The location is quite strategic, in the middle of Kelapa Gading which is close to the culinary area and Mall Kelapa Gading. The room is quite clean. It's just that the room size is not big enough, but I think it's worth the price. Continued success Qube Hotel

The worst experience ever ever! The guests start singing karaoke at 6 am, yes, 6 am, very noisy, reported to reception, still. Speechless! Have people knocked the door from time to time the whole evening!, never thought, in a hotel, the stay could be so bad.
