My input might be next:
1. Breakfast menu can be made more varied and if it runs out, please refill it immediately.
2. I understand, maybe yesterday during Nyepi it was a bit overwhelming because it seemed like there was a surge in the intensity of those staying. But it would be nice to have additional staff in the kitchen/some people who often check for food that has run out.
3. Please also help with the Omelette & Sausage section.
Because it is divided into 2 jobs by making Instant Noodles as well, so when making Omelette it is a bit overwhelmed.
Hopefully in the future it will be more Advanced, more Successful, and more Innovative for Quest San Hotel Denpasar.

I have stayed at Quest San Hotel twice, every time my husband comes home from abroad, he definitely stays here before going back to Buleleng the next day.. The food is also delicious, the place is comfortable and clean.

I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing experience. I loved the extra amenities, like the free water refill station and the refrigerator, which was perfect for storing plenty of drinks. The menu had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the price range was very reasonable. The hotel also provided me with a thorough paper file with all the necessary details for my stay there. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Just make sure you don't leave anything behind when checking out, as you only return the key to the receptionist, and they don't check the room for forgotten items. It's all on you. Overall a five-star experience, and I will be back again very, very soon!

Initially, I only booked for 2 days, because I was afraid it wouldn't be comfortable. It turned out to be very comfortable. So I extended my stay there. The staff is friendly, and they care about the environment by not providing plastic drinking bottles in the room but replacing them with glass bottles that must be refilled at the dispenser in the room corridor.

Alhamdulillah. I am from Gresik, East Java, staying at this hotel with my wife and 2 children for 2 days and extending for 1 more day. It was very pleasant. The staff and employees implemented 5s (smile, greet, say hello, polite, courteous) the bedroom and bathroom facilities were all functioning well. Replaced every day.
