The room is not very clean, there are cockroaches, there are small animals like ants or what, I don't understand

Very bad from the service to the cleanliness of the room is not decent, lots of cockroaches and there are also spider webs. I have reported it to the receptionist, but they don't care, they don't care, this hotel is not recommended, poor visitors, instead of getting good service, they are very disappointed. Because the hotel's response was indifferent, I checked out and moved hotels. It's really not worth it. Thank you

Very nice. Close to ITC Mangga Dua. Just walk. No waste of money. The important thing is that your legs are strong enough to walk. 😘😘😘😘😘😘

Quite comfortable for short-term stay. AC, bathroom, closet, TV are working. Suggestion for cleanliness to be improved, the bed is dirty, and there are many small cockroaches.

Just when I entered there were already lots of small cockroaches: (the bed sheets smelled just like they were rotten, the TV AC was functioning well, the bathroom was quite spacious, unfortunately there was no shampoo or soap.
