For the ground floor price of 200 thousand but the booking is made directly at the receptionist, while for the second floor the price is 150 thousand through the app. This is what the owner must pay attention to, is there a price game carried out by the receptionist that makes the comfort of getting the ground floor not valid for registrants on the Traveloka app? tv is having problems, and there are lots of cockroaches

It looks like it needs to be renovated. The AC doesn't work. The blanket's color has faded badly. The ceiling near the AC is leaking. So it's not very comfortable.

In terms of location, it is very strategic, close to Panakkukang Mall and other shopping centers. But in terms of cleanliness, it is very lacking because there are many small cockroaches in the room, then my room's sink is clogged.

The hotel staff is friendly and fast to respond, the room service is good, the room is clean, always cleaned every day and all the bedding and bathroom equipment is replaced, the hotel room facilities are good and all function, the location is strategic in the city center and close to any tourist attractions in Makassar.

Safe and comfortable. Close to places to eat. The staff is also friendly.

The room is fragrant, clean, the TV is also ok, the AC is cold, it's worth it for that price.
