The hotel is new. Clean. Fragrant. The toilet is clean. And if you want to find necessities, just go downstairs, there is a Budiman supermarket. Awesome

I didn't expect the room to be that good and the bathroom was also good. The cleanliness was really good. Recommend for those who want to stay in Padang. The staff is also friendly. The WiFi is fast. It smells good too. There is also a water heater, so when you take a shower in the morning you won't be cold. The AC is also cold. There is a hairdryer too. Top quality is the best anyway.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is strategic, the facilities are great and new, minus the rooms are a bit less soundproof, so the noise from outside is quite loud in the room so it is a bit disturbing to rest, other than that it is very good

The check-in process was a bit long, the location is strategic, this is my first time staying at Red Doors and I just found out that the rooms don't provide toothbrushes or hot water, but overall, staying here is very pleasant.

The hotel is very comfortable to stay in and the service is good, but one drawback is that please note that when the renovation is underway, the workers are told to rest at night because it really disturbs the guests' rest, especially guests who bring small children 🙏

The service is not very friendly and not very responsive, there are local guests staying there who are noisy so that they disturb us, it is almost 12 at night, they are still noisy talking outside the room, but we asked the hotel to reprimand them but there was no response and action, as a result they are still noisy which disturbs us to rest, especially for us from out of town who need rest to continue our journey, even though the hotel is very good, still new, it's just not supported by staff and no drinking water is provided and there is no breakfast
