Choose this property because in the morning you have to buy souvenirs at Mie Tarempa'ke which is only 100m from the hotel. The Briyani House in the Google Map photo is no longer there. Take the Family Room for only 200/night, the room is ok and big, single bed and king bed, but the sliding door is broken and difficult to close. The reception is friendly. The TV remote is broken (not dead battery) so you can't change channels,

I was disappointed because this was urgent, they did not remind me that checkout should not be later than 12 noon even though I only entered the room at 2 pm the day before. They asked for a charge for their room. While if we stay again we are asked for the room fee again. They do not use Traveloka rules. It is better to just delete them from Traveloka. Very disappointing. The bathroom door is broken. All night long noisy people's voices. Wow, it is really not recommended.

The room is clean. The facilities are ok according to the price. Just want to review the service. I checked in 2 days, after 1 night there I asked the receptionist to clean the room but it wasn't cleaned. Even though I have also put up a sign for the make up room in front of the door. When confirming, it was simply said that the receptionist did not confirm with the cleaning staff. Shouldn't that just be an immediate initiative, especially if I have to put up a sign? Considering the hotel is not big, it will definitely be visible. When I complained to the receptionist when checking out, his older brother seemed indifferent. Plus, when I checked in, I wasn't told that the mineral water wasn't complimentary, I'm not okay with the price, but I could have told you another time so I wouldn't have been caught in Batman's trap. Just once.

The worst hotel in Tanjung Pinang, at first I didn't believe other people's reviews but when I went in to stay there I realized that it was really bad because the room was already small and the price was very narrow, 250k/night, I had stayed 3 nights, suddenly he said it was the wrong room, wasn't it? This should be moved to a smaller size. He said yesterday's size was given the wrong room? What? Just imagine in the application the picture given is different, isn't that the room! You can do that if you like, tell them to move to a smaller room after staying for 3 nights while it's priced at 250 at the cashier!
