During my short visit to Semarang, I was pleased to choose the Rez Hotel. The location is excellent; It is just a short walk from the city's iconic landmark, Simpang Lima, and the hotel is surrounded by enticing local food stalls, especially during the evening. The building of Rez Hotel features a minimalist-industrial modern design, but don't let that mislead you. The hotel offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are not only friendly, but also helpful. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Semarang.

very good very comfortable. the room is spacious, the amenities are complete, clean & fragrant. like the interior. the parking is a bit small but can be assisted by valet. I left something behind but the staff kept it. very friendly & helpful. the food is also okay👌🏻👌🏻 will definitely come back here

Minimalist concept hotel but with maximum facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, there is a mini fridge, hairdryer, and other facilities, for breakfast a variety of food menus can be enjoyed, very comfortable

The bathroom floor should be covered with rubber so that it is not slippery and can cause seniors to fall, and the parking area is not well lit so if a car enters through the lobby door it is quite dark at night.

small hotel, but new, neat, very clean. limited parking but free valet is available, so it's not a problem either. friendly staff. fast wifi. small gym but pretty good equipment. tv can netflix. breakfast is quite varied. fresh vegetable juice is delicious. there is pasta made in grana padano cheese so it tastes creamier. there are fried & soup indomie, sushi. minus drinking water in a jug. no water dispenser. but can call for water refill. staff response is also quite fast when we call if we need something. overall satisfied staying here

Everything was very pleasant, except there was a little bit uncomfortable in the water pressure in the bathroom, both for the jet shower and the shower, the water pressure was too weak. I have reported it, and it was fixed, but it is still weak because they said that was the standard.

The room was clean but not fragrant and neither were the towels. The service was good but at night there were lots of noises like people walking around, children running around and knocking on the walls at 01.00 in the morning making it hard to sleep even though I was staying there for medical treatment because the location is strategically close to the hospital.
