The room was stuffy, musty, and smelled of mold. It seemed like there was not enough air circulation. The bed was dirty. The public area of the hotel was also dirty and poorly maintained.

Very good. But if only we could give you a room with a window facing outside/upper floor, for example, if there is an empty room according to the room you ordered, it would be more satisfying.

The room felt very stuffy, it felt like inhaling mold particles when entering the room. The pillows and blankets smelled so musty that I slept without using them. The first time I stayed in a hotel like this, it was disappointing. The AC was okay, the hot water was okay, everything worked well. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. The staff were friendly and helpful when they needed something. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. The location is on a rather steep incline, if you are not a pro when driving, you are afraid of slipping

The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all, starting from the musty smelling sheets, and lots of stains and hair on the mattress, the smelly room, the dirty bathroom, there were also old clothes hanging behind the bathroom door that I didn't have time to photograph.

In February, I stayed here, everything was still clean, the hot water was working, the playground was also okay. Basically, everything was okay. When I tried to stay again in November, the sheets looked less clean, the bathroom was also not clean. The soap in the bathroom was out, the hot water was not working, the tissues were also out and the games in the playground also seemed unkempt.

The room walls were a bit dirty, the toilet walls were dull and moldy, we had to wait for hours for the toilet to have water, the room floor was dirty when we wanted to check in so we had to sweep it ourselves first, we had to ask the receptionist for towels and an electric kettle before they were given to us.

The hotel staff is friendly, complaints are responded to quickly. It's just a shame that the hot water is limited, in the middle of taking a shower the water becomes cold again. LOL also can't access grab/gojek, so we have to go down. But the staff is willing to help us go down.

The staff is very friendly, very polite. I was just surprised, when I entered the lobby, the impression was really wow, the design is good. But when I entered the room. Huh? The floor was dusty, the table, the cupboard was also dusty, the room was not soundproof. So the sound of guests from other rooms could be heard. The spray and pillowcase were dirty. But when I asked for a replacement, the staff was quick to replace it. For the TV, it was OK. There were national channels. There was a small gap between the window and the curtain, so people walking in front of the room could see our room through the window gap. Actually this hotel is good, it just doesn't meet the standards as a building that can be called a hotel. It's more like a daily boarding house.

Actually, this hotel has the potential to become one of the best budget hotels in Batu if you pay attention to just one thing, namely cleanliness. The first time I entered the room I immediately found that the bed sheets had lots of stains on them, when I entered the bathroom the toilet was very dirty, after taking off my shoes the floor of the room felt sticky and the pool water was cloudy, not suitable for swimming. If the cleanliness is improved, I'm sure this hotel could become the best budget hotel. You don't need to think about the issue of facilities because we, the guests, can understand that for that price, it's already enough to sleep soundly.

Actually, this hotel is really recommended, there are only a few things that need to be improved, for example: 1. There's only 1 TV channel, try it. If you really don't have a TV network, just try using the Internet/cable TV mode. Now there are lots of cheap ones, please try it. Pay attention again to the comfort of this hotel so that visitors themselves don't get bored staying here. 2. Resto or you could say a place to eat and drink and relax on the top floor (the top floor itself) try to reactivate it to make a small coffee shop model because when I went up it was a shame it was really quiet at the top even though the view at the top was good really (good view) try filling it up by selling drinks or food such as snacks / coffee.
