Good place but not as clean as we wanted. The beddings need to change or wash them well, I think. 🤔. The toilet needs to be cleaned too: brush the tiles cause it 's kind of slippery. 🧽🧹. However, the toilet has hot shower for us doesn't need to worry about the cold weather. ☺.

It was just ok. Located about 20 minutes drive from Batu. We booked 3 nights for 2 people but got only one towel. Meaning we have to share bath towels 🤣. No housekeeping provided. No breakfast and no coffee maker provided. Bring your own towels and your own hot water boiler

In February, I stayed here, everything was still clean, the hot water was working, the playground was also okay. Basically, everything was okay. When I tried to stay again in November, the sheets looked less clean, the bathroom was also not clean. The soap in the bathroom was out, the hot water was not working, the tissues were also out and the games in the playground also seemed unkempt.

The room walls were a bit dirty, the toilet walls were dull and moldy, we had to wait for hours for the toilet to have water, the room floor was dirty when we wanted to check in so we had to sweep it ourselves first, we had to ask the receptionist for towels and an electric kettle before they were given to us.

The hotel staff is friendly, complaints are responded to quickly. It's just a shame that the hot water is limited, in the middle of taking a shower the water becomes cold again. LOL also can't access grab/gojek, so we have to go down. But the staff is willing to help us go down.
